Toly Hard Wall Hooks (40mm length)
Walls made of concrete and hard bricks do not take kindly to standard long picture hook pins.
These moulded hooks have short hardened steel pins pre-loaded. Only a hammer is required to drive them into the hardest surfaces. They can usually be easily removed, leaving minimal marking.
Use cord, not wire to hang your picture frames. Do not use these hooks for very heavy or valuable pictures.

Plasterboard Picture Hook
Hooks with pins can sometimes slip out of soft and plasterboard walls. This unique hook has a special flat spike, you press it easily into the wall, using finger pressure or a hammer.
Made of high grade tough steel and will not bend. 30mm tall.

Brass Plate Wall Hook (62mm length)

Fix one to each of the bottom corners of a frame. This offers three benefits - stops picture moving, minimises marking of wall finish and allows air to circulate behind picture.

Brass plate (bendable) - pack of 10
Used to fit canvases into frames. The plate can be attached to the inside of the frame and then bent around the back of the canvas to the desired size. The plate can be secured by small pins or screws.

Z-Clip
The simplest and neatest way to hold a stretched canvas into a frame.
Tap one end into the rebate of the moulding. Do this with 4 - 6 clips, bend them back, drop into the canvas, fold forward and tap into the stretcher bar.

Gummed Acid Free Archival Tape 25mm. Sold per metre.
This is a white, gummed, acid free (pH 7 neutral) paper tape. It is coated with an acid free, water based acrylic adhesive system, - non-ageing and therefore will not turn yellow. It can be used in most framing projects for attaching artwork. This gummed tape is designed to allow artwork to be released easily from the tape and is recommended for conservation standard work.

Bifurcated Rivets - pack of 25
A pack of Bifurcated rivets. These rivets are used for attaching D-rings tot he back of picture frame board. They are commonly used when the width of the frame is narrow and does not have enough room to support a D-ring and screw. The rivets are placed through holes in the backing board, holding the D-rings in place and hammered down to splay the ends, which grip into the picture frame board.

Plastic Styrene glazing 1.2mm
Shatter-resistant styrene sheets, protected on both sides with a peel-off polythene film.
To cut styrene - score it heavily, using a knife or blade, or a wall cutter. Place it with the scored line up, just over the edge of the workbench and apply pressure - it will break with a bang.
